Brody Wood

  • “I love being able to represent Pitt-Bradford in a positive way.”

  • Brody Wood, an exercise science major from Corry, PA

Brody is an impressive guy, successfully juggling athletics, academics and other activities.

He was a walk-on on the baseball team yet he earned a starting spot, hit .295 and was a key defensive player at first base. His success in the classroom (and near-perfect GPA) earned him acceptance into a doctoral of physical therapy program.

Brody credits others for helping him maintain balance.

“The close-knit community has helped me balance academics and athletics because everyone has each other’s back.”

Brody is also a member of the Student-Athletic Advisory Committee, is a Resident Advisor, and was asked to serve on the search committee for a new dean of student affairs.
