Short Bio:

Dr. Andrews joined our team in January 2017 as the retention specialist for the TRIO Student Support Services. Her primary responsibilities are developing retention services, advising students, and supervising the student mentor program.

Kathryn also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at The University at Buffalo where she maintains an active role in research. Kathryn's research focuses on the developmental aspects of how learning is shaped by agency and social relationships.

Before coming to Pitt-Bradford, Kathryn worked Healthy Families New York and Marine Corps Community Services. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, raising chickens, and running.
