Academic Focus:

Nina teaches in the ASN program. The courses that she teaches include Fundamentals of Nursing, Comprehensive Nursing I and II, and Succeeding in Nursing Education.

Short Bio:

Nina brings to the department more than 25 years of nursing experience, including Emergency, Vascular, and Mental Health & Addiction nursing. She completed a 1994 Trauma Nursing Core Course while working in a Level III Trauma Center in Houston, Texas, and later taught and directed both the adult trauma and pediatric courses. Prior to joining the faculty full time, Nina served as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor in the ASN program.

Nina enjoys gardening and spending time with her two daughters.
