Short Bio
Ben comes to us from Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, which is about an hour and a half South of Pittsburgh. He went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Norfolk, VA. But, he really gained his passion for the culinary arts in Southern Maryland, which eventually led him to managing an upscale seafood restaurant for the last five years.
