Short Bio

Dr. Ihe has academic and professional backgrounds in the field of Criminal justice and Accounting. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Houston, he undertook graduate studies and earned his master’s degree in Accounting at Prairie View University and a doctoral degree in Administration of Justice at Texas Southern University. In addition, before joining the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford faculty, he served for a few years as an adjunct professor in Criminal justice at Lone Star College and in Administration of Justice at Texas Southern University. He has also worked for the federal government as a loan officer with the Small Business Administration, where he joined other professionals to provide COVID-19 loan assistance to American small businesses.

Academic Focus

Dr. Ihe has some of his publications in the areas of his academic focus, includes terrorism, law enforcement, homeland security, theories of crime, policing etc. He is fluent in English and Igbo. He is enthusiastic lover of soccer and table tennis.
