Short Bio

Dr. Ihe has academic and professional background in the field of Criminal justice and Accounting. After obtaining his bachelors degree in Accounting at University of Houston, he undertook his graduate studies, and earned his Masters in Accounting at Prairie View University, and PhD in Administration of Justice at Texas Southern University. In addition, before joining the University of Pittsburgh Bradford faculty, he served for a few years as Adjunct professor in Criminal justice at Lone star College, and in Administration of Justice at Texas Southern University. He has also worked for the federal government Agency as a Loan officer with the Small business administration; were he joined other professionals to provide Covid -19 loan assistance to American small businesses.

Dr. Ihe has some of his publications in the areas of his academic focus; which includes Terrorism, Law enforcements, Homeland security, Theories of crime, and policing etc. He is fluent in English, Broken English, and Igbo. He is enthusiastic lover of soccer and Table tennis.
