Community Service

Students serving food

Community Engagement & Service works with both students and community partners to create meaningful and purposeful community service opportunities.

You learn about social, cultural, and economic issues while responding to the needs of the community. You can volunteer your time in the Bradford community and beyond.

You can volunteer as anĀ individual or as a part of a larger student group or organization. We will work with you and your organization to connect you with our community partners and service projects that are compatible with your interests and goals.

We also help to plan alternative spring break trips and coordinate large-scale community volunteer efforts.

Here are some programs we offer to students:

United Way Day of Action
Make a Difference Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service
Big Brothers Big Sisters "Big for a Day"
30-Hour Famine Fundraiser for World Hunger
Habitat for Humanity
Alternative Spring Break Trip
Leadership Development Series
Annual Leadership and Service Awards Ceremony
