Short Bio
Marcia has held previous positions at Pitt-Bradford between 1994 and 2005. These included (in the former ARDC) Job Link Coordinator, Business Consultant, and Director of the Allegheny Research and Development Center. In the intervening years, Marcia held positions at Chapel Ridge (part of the Bradford Ecumenical Home) and the Cameron, Elk & McKean County RSVP senior volunteer program.
