Yoga with Kathy is a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. The flows (classes) link several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Yoga with Kathy concentrates on breathing while focusing on all parts of the body. Each movement engages the mind and heart by learning to accept selves through noncompetitive, nonjudgmental classes.
