Short Bio

Dave has extensive experience working in the criminal justice field as an attorney in criminal prosecution and both public and private criminal defense. Dave was born and continues to reside in DuBois, Pennsylvania with his wife, two children, and three beagles. 

Academic Focus

Dave has taught many classes focusing on both substantive and procedural criminal law, research methods, ethics, legal and moral philosophy, race and justice, corrections, and policing.
