Rice House:
This three-story building provides housing for 100 students. The building has four-person suites (2 bedrooms with 2 students and a bathroom in each), and two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Reed-Coit House:
This three-story building provides housing for 100 students. The building has four-person suites (2 bedrooms with 2 students and a bathroom in each), and two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Sarah B. Dorn House:
This three-story building provides housing for 100 students. The building has four-person suites (2 bedrooms with 2 students and a bathroom in each), and two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
Howard L. Fesenmyer House:
This three-story building provides housing for 140 students. The building has four-person suites (2 bedrooms with 2 students and a bathroom in each), and two-person suites. Each suite has a living room and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave. On the top floor is our 24 hour quiet floor.
Apartment Specifics:
Living Room - carpet, curtains, couch, two chairs, and an end table.
Kitchen - vinyl floor, under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel sink, ample cupboard and counter space, garbage can, and built-in table with four chairs.
Bathrooms (one per bedroom) - vinyl floor, shower with curtain, toilet, sink, mirror, garbage can, and storage space.
Bedrooms - carpet, curtains, two oak twin beds (36x80 mattresses), two oak desks with shelving unit, two oak desk chairs, two wardrobes.
Closets - large storage closet next to entrance door to apartment.
