Suites

Our four suite-style residences allow students the chance to develop the living situation that best meets their preferences. Residents in suites share a common kitchen area, living room, and bathrooms, complete with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and furnished common spaces with a couch, chairs, and end table. Each suite provides residents with a twin XL bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe.
Standard Modules
Sarah B. Dorn House:
Located to the north of campus, Dorn is a three-story building that provides housing for up to 100 students. Built in 2010, Dorn is located a short distance from the Fisher Hall and residents have the closest available parking in Lots 4 and 6.
Reed-Coit House:
Located to the east of campus, Reed-Coit is a three-story building that provides housing for up to 100 students. Built in 2005, Reed-Coit is ideally located just a few seconds from Frame-Westerberg Commons and the dining halls. The first floor of Reed-Coit provides students with the option of suite style gender neutral housing. Residents of Reed-Coit have nearby overnight parking available in Lots 8 and 10.
Lester and Barbara Rice House:
Located in the southeast of campus, Rice is a three-story building that provides housing for up to 100 students. Built in 2014, Rice is our newest suite style residence hall ideally located a short distance from the Hanley Library and Blaisdell Hall. Residents of Rice have nearby overnight parking available in Lot 12.
