Our first-year student residences provide a variety of community based living situations to best fit new students' needs.

Students can choose single or double bedrooms in our four to six person corridor style apartments with a shared living room, bathroom, and dinette area.
Town Houses
Each townhouse apartment provides three one person bedrooms with a shared living room and kitchenette.
Gender Inclusive Housing
Students can choose from two, four or five person suite apartments with shared living rooms, dinette areas, and semi-private bathrooms.
Student Laundry
We have two free 24 hour laundry facilities on campus at the facility next to Campus Police and in the ceramics studio.
